Shipping Policy

  2. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment verification.

  3. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method during checkout.

  4. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your delivery's progress.

  5. Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address to prevent any delays or delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  2. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately through our support channels.

Exchange Policy (For Size Issues Only)

At Happiest Monk, we currently do not offer returns. However, we do understand that sometimes the size may not be a perfect fit.

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

  2. Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and are subject to stock availability.

  3. Customers must ensure the product is:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In its original packaging with all tags intact

  4. Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

  5. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the item to our designated address.

  6. Exchange shipping charges may apply and will be communicated on a case-to-case basis.
